REMINDERS TO CLIENTS & PARENTS:
FALL SCHEDULE...Many of you have been on a summer schedule and your needs may change once school starts. If you must change your lesson schedule to accommodate for school and after-school activities, please call the office at the earliest possible time. If we aren’t in the office to take your call, please leave your name, phone number, and the time/day you are available to ride. We will do our best to accommodate you.
DRESS...No tank tops or midriff shirts allowed at Raintree. Polo or T-shirts are best and should be tucked in while riding. Please remember to properly adjust your helmet….helmets should fit snugly on your head with chin strap tightly in place. If you have questions on fitting your helmet, please see your instructor. Don’t forget to bring water or a sport drink to the arena before you ride.
RAIN...Remember that we do not always cancel lessons due to rain. If it rains on your lesson day, please call the office at 571-6995 to determine if lessons are cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
